I am down to earth, thoughtful, active, and optimistic about things. You are my best friend and lover as I will be the same for you. On that journey, we will share our thoughts, feelings, hopes, dreams, and desires. We will communicate freely, honestly and openly, but always with compassion, respect, and sincerity. We will try to hear before being heard; and we will always honor each other's innate right to have a viewpoint. We will feel relaxed and comfortable with each other. You will always feel safe to be your authentic self and I will feel safe to be my authentic self. We will be accepting and tolerant of each other's idiosyncrasies and human frailties. We will strive to laugh at ourselves and each other, always reminding ourselves that a little humility never hurt anyone. Then we can truly begin a real life journey together and see to which way the river flows; but it must build slowly...gradually...like a log fire, not a brush fire.
